TZ999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Eligibility

To create an account and use TZ999 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Account Registration

Withdrawals

TZ999 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard PKR withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed automatically and typically arrive within a few minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT and card withdrawals are submitted to the banking network by TZ999 without delay, but processing times on the receiving bank's side may add up to one to two business days.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the name of the TZ999 account holder. TZ999 may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal — this is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not specific to any individual player. Requests for verification documents should be completed promptly to avoid delays.

TZ999 reserves the right to apply a wagering check before approving withdrawals to confirm that deposited funds have been used for genuine gaming activity and not solely to exploit bonus offers or payment system processes. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion — these terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus winnings.

General bonus rules that apply across all TZ999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one TZ999 account per household, IP address, mobile number, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the accounts reviewed.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on TZ999 are final once confirmed. TZ999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system. It is the player's responsibility to check all bet details — selection, market, odds, and stake amount — before confirming any bet on TZ999.

TZ999 betting rules by category:

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted up to the point TZ999 suspends the relevant market. Odds at the time of bet confirmation are the settled odds — subsequent market movements do not affect accepted bets.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG at the moment of play. Once a game round is complete, the result is final. TZ999 does not alter or adjust casino game outcomes.
• Ludo: TZ999 Ludo game outcomes are governed by certified RNG dice rolls. Room entry fees are deducted from account balances at the point of room entry. Prize funds are credited immediately upon game completion.
• Void Bets: TZ999 may void a bet if an obvious pricing error occurred, if the event is abandoned without sufficient play to produce a result, or if TZ999 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in circumstances that constitute fraud or match manipulation.
• Maximum Payout: Individual maximum payout limits apply per sport, league, and game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant TZ999 section and represent the highest amount TZ999 will pay on a single bet or game outcome regardless of the stated odds or potential return.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TZ999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using the TZ999 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes on TZ999

• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee returns or circumvent wagering requirements
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation

• Depositing funds known to be derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the TZ999 platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing TZ999 staff through any communication channel

Account Suspension and Termination

TZ999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player
• Suspicious betting patterns, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, odds manipulation, or unusual deposit and withdrawal sequences
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months without any login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal
• Player request — TZ999 will close any account upon written request from the account holder

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, TZ999 will determine what portion of the account balance, if any, is eligible for return to the player after deducting any bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, or amounts connected to the breach. If account closure results from a voluntary player request or inactivity, eligible balances will be returned after identity verification is completed.

Responsible Gaming
