Personal detail changes — especially mobile number changes — require identity verification to protect your account. Log in to TZ999, go to Account Settings, and follow the update process. For mobile number changes, TZ999 will send an OTP to your current registered number to confirm the request. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact TZ999 support at support@tz999.biz with supporting identity documents.

18 years old. TZ999 is strictly an 18+ platform. Age is verified during registration and TZ999 conducts additional checks on accounts where underage use is suspected. Login & Security

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and TZ999 will send a reset OTP to that number. Use the OTP to verify your identity and set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email support@tz999.biz with your full name and account details for manual recovery.

Accounts are locked temporarily after multiple incorrect login attempts — this is a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If still locked, contact TZ999 live chat. Accounts can also be locked intentionally if a responsible gaming cool-off period or self-exclusion is active. In that case, the lock cannot be overridden until the period expires — this is by design.

Yes. TZ999 offers OTP-based login as an additional security layer. When enabled, logging in requires both your password and a fresh one-time code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Deposits

The minimum deposit at TZ999 is Rs 200. This applies across all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit limit set by TZ999 — though your payment provider may have their own transaction limits.

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees — there are no currency conversion fees at TZ999. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits at TZ999 are instant in the vast majority of cases — funds appear in your TZ999 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on your end. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers may take 5–30 minutes depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard card deposits are typically confirmed within 1–3 minutes. TZ999 does not charge any fee on deposits. The full amount you send goes into your TZ999 balance. Yes. TZ999's responsible gaming tools include deposit limits — you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can add to your account. Once you hit your limit, TZ999 will not accept further deposits until the period resets. Deposit limits are set from Account Settings and apply immediately. Withdrawals

Log in to your TZ999 account, navigate to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. TZ999 will process the withdrawal to your registered payment account. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, the funds typically arrive within minutes. For IBFT bank transfers, allow up to a few hours during banking hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount at TZ999 is Rs 500. You must have a verified TZ999 account to process withdrawals — this means your mobile number must be confirmed. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, as a security measure to prevent misdirected payments.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from TZ999 process automatically and are typically received within minutes, any time of day or night.
